At INNOTEK, social responsibility lies at the core of our strategic thinking. We believe that modern industry must evolve not only with economic goals in mind, but also with a respectful and sustainable approach toward the environment.
INNOTEK’s new eco-factory was designed and built with environmentally conscious and efficient solutions. The facility is equipped with:
- Solar panels for the use of renewable energy,
- Air filtration systems to minimize emissions as much as possible,
- Water collection and reuse systems to ensure the smart management of water resources,
- Recycling technologies that convert material waste into new resources,
- Modern laboratory equipment for quality control and optimization of the production process.
The factory operates on a zero-waste production principle, proving that efficiency and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand.
Our approach extends beyond the boundaries of production. We prioritize human collaboration—from ensuring the well-being of our employees to creating responsible partnerships with our business associates. More than 400 professionals on our team benefit from not only optimal working conditions but also opportunities for training and professional growth.
Beyond environmental responsibility, we place strong emphasis on social impact across several areas:
- Promoting local production: We invest in the development of local industry by building and launching new production capacities. This not only ensures access to high-quality local raw materials but also reduces dependency on imports.
- Job creation and regional employment: Products from brands we represent—such as TOTAL, DYLLU, APECS, and others—are available across all regions of Armenia through more than 240 official partner stores. The development of this network simultaneously creates new jobs and stimulates economic activity in the regions.
- Knowledge sharing and professional growth: We value accessibility to industry knowledge and quality education in construction. To support professional education, we have established a practical training classroom at the college of the National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia (NUACA). In addition, we regularly organize professional training sessions for craftsmen on new materials, tools, and technologies.
